Took my money, sent no product.

On Sept. 11, 2015, I sent for a free petpedicure trimmers from iHugPets.com and paid a shipping fee of $7.95. They said it would be shipped by the factory in 4 weeks. Well, Best Pet Parent, (the factory?) took the $7.95 out of my account around Sept 13, 2015 and to this date, December 12, 2015, I have not received the product. I am so sick and tired of these companies going on line an scamming people. I am 65 yrs old and survive on Social Security and believe me every penny counts, and the $7.95 that I lost is a gallon of milk and a loaf of bread or money to put gas in my car for doctor's visits. I truly am not a happy camper. Hope there is some way that you can stop this from happening to other victims. Thank you. Maureen A. Russell

I'll be d*mned! I left yet ANOTHER email for BestPetparent griping about not getting my 2 glow-in-the-dark collars, & "glecie" emailed me back asking if I wanted a refund?

Oh heck yes, but I didn't believe I'd ever get one, judging by other comments. I just checked my bank account on-line and here it was-$7.95 refunded to my account in less than a week! I don't know what got them going, but I'm finally DONE with these people!

To the rest of you-complain again & demand a refund while they're feeling generous! KEEP complaining!

I've attempted to contact Online Fusion Inc numerous times. You CANNOT get a human on the phone, just a voicemail asking you to leave a recording. They email you the next day with a copy of your message, & I have to wonder if the company employees even speak English! I speak clearly and the copy of the comment I leave has been mangled BADLY on every communication. The ad said up to 18 business days to receive these collars. The truth is that after a month & numerous calls, I'm STILL waiting. A person named "glecie" left me an email saying they had to get a new shipper due to errors & I SHOULD receive my order by the 4th of June, give or take a few days. Yeah, right. I wish I had checked the reviews BEFORE I ordered, but I trusted that Pet Parent would only deal with reputable companies. Was I wrong!

I too had ordered 2 collars in June and have not received them. I'm usually really careful about buying things that sound too good to be true but the offer came through Dogington Post so I thought it was legit!

Doginton Post sent everyone an email apologizing and explained that customers had informed them that they had bought collars from Best Pet Parent that they never received. Unfortunately I got the email the day after I ordered mine!

I too have order 2 of the collars and have not received them & it has been 5 weeks. I have made numerous phone calls also only to receive back emails from Glecie that said my order should be here in 30 days from the date of the order, well not so because I still don't have my merchandise.

I believe now that this is a SCAM & I thought that Best Pet Parent was a legit company but I suppose I was wrong.

Very unhappy customer & would never recommend Best Pet Parent to any one for ordering anything! I am going to report them as well.

I too, ordered 2 of those collars. Was told they would arrive within a month., 2 months later, I emailed them, was told they had a problem with their provider and the collars would be shipped out within a week or 2.

A month later, I emailed again, was told they would arrive by April 4. It was now MAY 22!

I emailed again, was told May 5. I reported them to the BBB and haven't heard a thing since.jixunn

Exact same story and timeline was given to me by "Glecie". These guys are scammers. Offer came through Dogster so I am surprised, but maybe Dogster got hacked?

I ordered a nail trimmer based on an ad I saw on Facebook. On September 25, 2015 they debited my account. Today is November 9, 2015 and still no product. I emailed "customer service", but no response. Called all of their contact numbers, but just get a busy (or worse) signal. I am very disappointed. How are these people still in business? If I see them on Facebook again, I will report them. It wasn’t a lot of money, but it’s the principle and the fact you can’t get in touch with anyone. That’s definitely NO customer service. Rip off.

Shipping Paid No Collars Received

Back In May of 2015 I also responded to an ad for 2 free LED Glow in the Dark dog collars and have never received them. Shipping was paid (7.95) for these. Why can't we get our money back or get our collars. These people should not be able to get away with this scam. The original ad was seen at Greater Good website. When I called them about this they stated that it had been a scam and that these people (best pet parent) had fraudulently used their site to advertise and that we were scammed. There should be a way to get our money back.

Ordered pet nail trimmers about 6 weeks ago and have yet to received. Tried to contact several companies by e-mail and no response and also called one with number it had on contacting them,but was not a working number. Only knew came from best pet parent when saw it on my charge bill,now don't know what to do,maybe contact my credit card company.Has to be a way to stop this of cheating people . Saw a ad on Facebook on the nail trimmers that were free just pay 7.95 shipping and supposed to come from company called Ihugpets, so not sure what to do next,really a scam and so sorry did not research first.

Same thing happened to me!! I ordered the nail trimmers also back on 9/21/15 thru IHUGPETS too...immediately charged my bank card the $7.95 shipping...still have not received the order nor heard a word from them...I know it is only a few bucks but so not right & either want what I ordered or my money refunded!! SCAM!!!!

Yes, I am ashamed to say I fell for this. It rarely happens, but i'm a sucker for cool accessories for my dog. The website looks fairly legitimate. I ordered the collar around April and it said it would be here within 4 weeks. I waited almost 2 months before I contacted them. They strung me along for another two months saying it was lost in shipping, etc. They did actually answer my emails within a few days of contacting customer service, but it was the same yada yada about them checking with their shipping company and they would update me. I finally asked for a refund, but have yet to see it. Do not fall for this!

I ordered the LED collars, 4 of them. Paid the shipping right away. That was in MARCH!!! April comes and goes, May comes and goes, NOTHING has been received. I contact your company and am told were sorry there was a miscommunication with your shipping and your items will be to you in 7-10 days. YA RIGHT! They did not arrive. I contacted you yet again and get a half *** response that they will arrive. NOPE haven't got them. Messaged AGAIN this month (SEPT) and have had no reply. On March 13th I placed an order for 2 LED collars & paid $7.95 in shipping. From comments I saw on Facebook, it sounded like it took them awhile to ship them, but I didn't see any other complaints. On May 3rd I sent an email asking about the status of my order. First response from "Dyan" I apologize for the lack of communication on our end. I've checked our system and see that your order was effected by an error made by our shipping company. We have since found a new shipping provider and have submitted your order to be reshipped to you correctly. Our shipping provider estimates you should receive your order by the 7th of this month. I purchased the neon dog collars (2) Feb 2015 , it was free except shipping and handling. Never received the collars but was charged 7.95/ 9.95 and another 19.99.

I have no email address for them but I do have a phone #. Needles to say they don't respond.

I ordered an LED collar from this company back on 3/5/15 for $7.95. The charges were processed and deducted from my account on 3/6/15. On 3/12/15 I was notified by email that my order had shipped and would arrive in approximately 4 weeks. On 5/6/15, I emailed them at support@***.com, requesting a status of my order, and was advised on 5/8/15 by "Cielo" that they had since changed shipping carriers and that my order would arrive by the 14th of the month. On 6/8/15, I emailed again to inquire as to the delay, and was told by "Dyan" that they would contact the shipping carrier to find out about the delay. I emailed a third time on 6/24/15 asking for either a tracking number of some sort or a full refund. On 6/25/15 I received a response from "Glecie" stating that they "are doing everything to expedite my order" (THREE MONTHS LATER) and that tracking numbers are unavailable due to the fact that their items are not sent directly from the factory. I replied asking for a full refund. On 6/26/15 Dyan replied, stating that she had escalated my issue to her supervisor, Alyssa, and that I would hear back from her within 2 business days. On 7/2/15, after not hearing anything from them, I emailed again, asking for immediate assistance with a full refund. I forwarded this same email again on 7/6/15 to all email addresses I had received correspondance from. I have still not received a response. I am absolutely disgusted with this company's lack of honesty and customer service.

I to order from this company in Feb. After a lot of emails phone calls I finally got my order in August.

All the same color was promised they would be different colors. It took them 6 months. I paid 15.70 and it only cost them 8.00 to send. And I was promised leashes now they are saying they do not have that is their files.

I will never order from them again. LIE AFTER LIE !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE !!

Your experience is identical to mine...right down to the shipping issues and having my issue escalated up to Alyssa. I also have not received any response since then. I'm guessing that this company is a total sham & wished I would have seen some of these reviews before I placed the order.

On February 5, 2015, I purchased two collars online with Bestpetparent.com. They withdrew money from my Visa on February 6, 2015. I have tried on may occasions to reach this company. I was told on April 3, they would send me my tracking number. They said they were switching suppliers and I should have my collars no later than April 17. On April 28, I followed up again, as I did not get a reply. On May 2, I again wrote an email and left another voicemail. On May 11, Alyssa said the supervisor would call to discuss the details of my return. To date, I have not gotten any reply via email, or phone call, or refund for my STOLEN money. I have filed a claim with the BBB and that was closed, as this company would not reply. I reported them to the attorney general in Minnesota and after four attempts, they also said they cannot help me. The worst part is this company strings you along (tells you they are working on the shipment and refund) for the 60 days it takes for you to make a credit card claim with your bank, then they fall off the face of the earth and you get NOTHING!! They take your money and run!! These people should be shut down and forced to pay all of us people back the money they stole! I see they took down their Facebook page now but the scam website is still up taking more money!

Never recieved dog nail trimmers

in may or June I ordered the nail trimmer buy one get one and never received them tried to call phone number on website but no one ever called me back paid 7.95 I have never even gotten my money back they are a joke. why were they allowed to scam people like this if someone can please help. I don't know what else I can do about this Best parent company I cannot even find their website now. If anyone could Help me please will never deal with a company like this again. Two months after I placed an order for two "Free" LED collars I got an email apologizing for the "slight delay" and said my collars would be received in 7-10 business days. That was 3 months ago. I emailed them back last week asking what was up and said I was contacting my credit card company. I'm hoping that their shady business model doesn't cause me to lose my money since they are obviously using an off-shore payment processor to avoid U.S. fraud charges. The company claims to be in Wilmington, Delaware but as soon as the charge went through (before they shipped the items, which is against Visa and MC regulations) my credit card company emailed me to let me know I'd received a foreign transaction. I should have cancelled it right then and there, but I hoped to receive my collars since people were posting how much they loved them. Those posters are obviously fake as well because I have seen nothing but complaints since then. This company is nothing but a sham. Avoid like the plague!

I ordered the free dog nail trimmers on June 30, 2015 and now the end of October and still no trimmers. Did get an acknowledgement of the order promptly after paying $4.95 Shipping and Handling fee. Tried tracking order through the link provided; was then brought to page to order more free trimmers & pay ONLY additional Shipping and Handling. I have emailed Support twice and have yet to receive a response from them. Thought it was legitimate because it was recommended on a pet care website. Now going to try to track just what pet care website made recommendation. Really sucks!
